Especially in those moments it is so potent and helpful to turn within. So I find it immensely important to be quiet and to reflect upon my creation every day, so I may feel and see what is truly occuring instead of constantly being taken on a rollercoaster ride through my emotions and my inner talk. Sometimes this is a very delicate maneuver, and it can take time to see, and it takes time for things and relationships to develop.
