Sometimes, in this crazy world we live in, we may find ourselves confused. Confused about the truth, confused about our relationships, confused about the question “What to do with all of this?”.

Especially in those moments it is so potent and helpful to turn within. Surely we can talk to people and get inspiration, but ultimately it is our responsibility and response-ability that will move us forward and deeper into this creation. The way we move, the way we breathe, and the way we apply ourselves to the circumstances that we are facing is absolutely essential. It is as if we are constantly planting seeds, and constantly creating new forms of expression, and somewhat new woven structures for our life. The very consciousness that is expressed in our movements, in our actions, and inactions, is the seed for everything that will come into form and into motion.

So I find it immensely important to be quiet and to reflect upon my creation every day, so I may feel and see what is truly occuring instead of constantly being taken on a rollercoaster ride through my emotions and my inner talk. Sometimes this is a very delicate maneuver, and it can take time to see, and it takes time for things and relationships to develop.

So please be patient and touch everything in your life very gently, as you don’t really know exactly what you are touching in all dimensions of existence.
